Our unique networking process and marketing strategy provides us with an extensive selection of investment opportunities. In addition to the properties offered to the public on the multiple listing service (MLS), we have access to closely held off-market properties that are unavailable to the public.
Hestia’s Properties uses a proprietary, data-based process to underwrite each potential investment when selecting target properties. Once a target property is selected, a new business entity is formed to acquire the investment property.
Hestia’s Properties LLC acts as Project Manager and ensures the successful completion of the project. As the real estate investor, you invest in the project as a Capital Partner and get return on your investment from the project profit.
